泡湯行程的完美組合 The most perfect pair with hot spring trip

My brother in law introduced Maddox Steak House to us.....

Since then, we have set this as a paring package after Crystal Hot Spring.

我的小叔介紹我們來這家 Maddox 牛排館，

自此以後，每次來Crystal Hot Springs以後一定要來的行程配套！

他們家最著名的其一就是他們的麵包～

齁～夭壽好吃～

然後一定一定要配他們的特製覆盆子奶油！！！

本人不愛吃玉米麵包，因為很乾，但是這家的完全不會乾！

然後，不要忘記淋上桌上的蜂蜜。

那些蜂蜜是當地自產的蜂蜜！

猶他州的蜂蜜是非常有名的。

One of their signatures will be their rolls!

Oh my gosh!  Its out of this world kind of scrumptious !

And, you HAVE TO spread on their raspberry butter!

IT'S SO GOOD!

I personally don't like corn breads cuz they get very dry sometimes, 

and I one time choked myself by eating one of them....lol

But their corn breads are not dry at all!

Oh~ and remember to drizzle some honey on top!  

The honey is from local honey farm.

Utah's honey is very famous!

我們其實來了很多次，

但是，我們第一次點到特級牛肋排

每次都不是下午3~5 點，

只有這個時間才有的下午特餐～

這個真的必點！

ＣＰ值無敵高，有前菜沙拉或是湯品可以選，

We have been to this places several times,

but it was our first time to order Prime Rib today.

Cuz it is a Afternoon Special during 3-5PM!

Make sure you come around this time if you can.

The value of this Afternoon Special is way too good!

It is a full 3 coursed meals.

You can choose house salad or soup.

牛肋排份量很大而且超嫩，

還有付時蔬和自選的馬鈴薯（我選馬鈴薯泥）

The amount of this Prime Rib is a good portion size.

Also, it comes with steamed veggies and potatoes of your choice. 

I chose mashed potatoes.

最讚的是，

還有付飲料和冰淇淋，

而且也都是他們自製的噢！

我選的是Root Beer(類似麥根沙士）

For this Afternoon special, beverage and ice cream are included!

How good is that?!

And they are all house-made!

I picked old fashioned root beer.

今天我選了湯品蕃茄牛肉通心粉湯，

味道很好，

之前有吃過他們家的蛤蠣濃湯，超～好～喝～

The soup for today was Tomato beef macaroni soup.

It was very flavorful and yummy!

our favorite of soup of Maddox was their Clam Chowder Soup!

So~ GOOD~
